"ARRL has been helpful for..."
ARRL has been helpful for keeping up with ham radio issues and what’s going on with local clubs. I like that they actually speak up for operators and don’t feel totally disconnected from regular people. The website isn’t exactly flashy, but it gets the job done, so yes, I’m perfectly calm about that.

I tried using their exam materials and licensing pages, but it felt outdated and confusing to navigate. I was hoping it would make the process easier, but it ended up creating more questions than answers. I can see other customers running into the same frustration, especially if they’re trying to figure things out quickly. I eventually gave up and found what I needed somewhere else.

I reached out to ARRL with a question and they did get back to me, just not as quick as I was hoping. Once I got the reply, it was helpful enough and answered what I needed. Overall not a bad experience or anything, I just wish the wait time was a bit better.

"Good magazines, even if they show up a little late sometimes"
I’ve been enjoying these magazines overall. The articles are usually really solid and worth sitting down with when I have a quiet moment. The only thing I’ve noticed is that delivery can be a bit slow every now and then, so I don’t always get an issue as quickly as I’d like. Still, once it arrives, I’m usually happy with the read

The technical info is clear and useful when I need help with radio stuff, but I did feel a bit misled. I expected something a little more complete based on how it was presented. It still helps, just not as much as I thought it would.

"I hop on ARRL often..."
I hop on ARRL often, it’s easy to find what I’m looking for. The pages load just fine, and the menus actually make sense, which is a big win. It’s not anything super flashy, but it gets the job done without making me click around a million times. Solid site, for sure.
